What are business simulations, and why are they part of the Invited MBA curriculum?

The Invited MBA utilizes Abilitie's award-winning business simulations throughout the curriculum. In a simulation, participants are immersed in a virtual company, given the role of CEO or VP of Marketing, etc, and able to make and learn from their decisions in a real-world environment without real-world consequences.

This type of experiential learning is effective because it provides participants with hands-on practice in communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and teamwork. When they return to the real world, they can more easily recall the experiences they had during the simulation and apply those learnings day-to-day, making them better leaders and employees.
